The Debrecen SPORT HOTEL's air conditioned and well equipped meeting room offers an ideal atmosphere for conferences, events, business meetings, postgraduate courses and for other meetings. Our Sporthall is convenient for bigger events as well.

Our prices include the VAT.

- In case of min. 20 persons from the attendants of the event have got accomodation in our hotel, we can offer for them 5% off from the price of the room price, and 50% off from the price of the meeting room's renting price.
- If at least 40 persons from the event attendants is based in our hotel, we can offer 10% discount from the room price for them, and we set aside the price of the meeting room's renting.

- Parking:
In the closed car park of the Hotel cars and buses can park for free.

- Snacks:
basic-price: 700,- HUF/person/occasion (includes: coffee, mineral water, snack) extended: 1000,- ,- HUF/person/occasion( includes: coffee, mineral water, snack, juice, sweets and cookies)

- Main course:
2.500,- HUF/person/occasion (previously arranged from the menu)

Events with specially set conditions can use the Sport hall being placed right next to the SPORT HOTEL, which can host 1200 persons.

Renting of the Sport hall:
- first two hours: 75.000 HUF
- each extra hours : 25.000 HUF
